I took home a colorful salad called "Locavore Chicken" from D.I.Y. Salad & Delicatessen, a restaurant on the second basement floor of Shinjuku Lumine.
I would like to tell you about the restaurant and how it tastes ^^^.

D.I.Y. SALAD & DELICATESSEN
D.I.Y. Salad & Delicatessen's Locavore Chicken is a salad specialty restaurant located on the second basement floor of Shinjuku Lumine.
Inside the restaurant, there was a small counter for eat-in and a showcase for take-out sales with colorful salad side dishes.
The prices are all around 1,000 yen. I think 1,000 yen is expensive for a salad, but it's a reasonable price for a hearty salad.
It is recommended for those who usually have a hard time eating vegetables because it contains a variety of vegetables in one dish. Besides, I am sure that health-conscious people will be excited.
I went to the restaurant on a weekday evening. The restaurant was empty with only about two customers.

Take out locavore chicken at D.I.Y. SALAD & DELICATESSEN
This time I took out at D.I.Y. Salads & Delicatessen this Locavore Chicken Salad.
Price: 1080 yen
There was also an "anti-aging" salad with ingredients good for anti-aging, and I chose this one after much deliberation. I chose this one because I was enchanted by the richness of the colors. I also wanted to eat an egg.
The locavore chicken salad is a very colorful salad with vegetables, chicken, and eggs arranged on a large plate about 25 cm in diameter.
It's called "locavore," and it's full of low-sugar ingredients.
I didn't want to see any additives in the product, so I looked at the back and found that the ingredients were very simple, which made me feel relieved.
It was shuffled when I was bringing it home and is slightly disorganized...but it is very colorful.
The dressing tasted like Caesar dressing.
I added some sesame oil that I have at home here♪
As for the taste, it's a salad, so it's just a regular tasty salad, or rather, it doesn't impress me dramatically. But since it is in such a large dish, it is very satisfying.
Plus, there was a boiled egg and chicken, so I was pretty full there.
I thought it would be recommended for those who are concerned about their health or are on a diet.
